Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I hired Almar Demolition for a residential remodelling project and was nothing but impressed with their work. From my initial conversations with Xander regarding the scope of work, to the competitive pricing and flexibility in accommodating a sizeable project within their schedule, the entire experience was excellent.

Their team showed up on time, ready to work, and completed the project efficiently over the course of the week. They were professional, reliable, and treated the space with care throughout the demolition process.

I would not hesitate to use Almar Demolition again on my next project, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional demolition contractor.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I hired Almar Demolition for an interior demolition project, and I’m really happy with the experience. From the beginning, they were friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. The crew worked efficiently, treated my home with respect, and made sure everything was left very clean once the demolition was completed. It’s hard to find contractors who are both reliable and genuinely kind, so I really appreciated their service. I would definitely recommend Almar Demolition to anyone looking for quality demolition work!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I hired Almar Demolition to remove and dismantle an entire kitchen (cabinets and appliances) and transport it for installation at another location. This was a unique project that Almar did not hesitate to accommodate, even though it was not a traditional demo. They were responsive to my initial request and scheduled a phone call with me to discuss details. Within a day, they provided me with a quote and details of the job, and were able to schedule my job on a very short turnaround. The team showed up and worked exceptionally hard, over one very long day, to get the job done. They carefully handled all the cabinets and appliances to ensure they were not damaged. They also ensured that the dismantled kitchen was left clean swept. I was extremely impressed with the entire team at every stage, from the booking process, the kitchen removal, the transportation, and the final invoicing. I highly recommend them.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I contracted Rodrigo's company to demolish walls, remove 2 pieces of old very heavy equipment & general clean of my property. Total square footage of the unit was 4,000 sf. The work was excellent, completed on-time & on budget as per the original estimate. The technicians were great to work with & very accommodating when asked to do specific tasks. I would highly recommend Almar Demolition.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I would highly recommend Almar for your demo project. They were excellent to deal with and efficient. I got a few other quotes and their price was fair and the contract was executed quickly. All my questions were answered and the work they did was amazing. The house is a semi on a downtown street, they used a trailer and were very clean. Highly recommend!

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does complete demo typically cost?

The cost of complete demolition in Toronto can vary greatly depending on the size and complexity of the project. Generally speaking, you will save more money if you work with a professional demolition company as they typically have access to better equipment, specialized skills, and experience. Typical costs will include labour, transportation of materials, insurance coverage, clean-up costs, and any additional services.

How long does a complete demo project take to complete?

The time it takes to complete a full demolition project in Toronto typically depends on the size and complexity of the project. Smaller projects can often be completed within one or two days while larger projects can take several weeks to properly demolish and clean up the site. Additionally, special services like hazardous material removal or additional permits may require more time. In any case, it is important to plan ahead and provide adequate time for planning and preparation before beginning the demolition process.

Do I need a permit for complete demolition work in Toronto?

You may need to obtain a demolition permit from the City of Toronto to undertake complete demolition work in the city. This permit allows the city to monitor activities related to the demolition and ensure that all necessary safety protocols have been followed. The type of material being demolished may determine whether additional permits are required. When applying for a permit, you will need to provide information such as the location of the building, details about any hazardous materials present, and plans for waste disposal.

Can I complete the demolition myself or should I consult with a professional

It is recommended that you consult with a professional for complete demolition work in Toronto. A professional can help you plan and prepare for the project, ensuring that all necessary permits are obtained and safety protocols are followed. They can also advise on the safest method of demolishing any hazardous materials which may be present. In addition, they can provide advice on materials needed, any site assessments required before beginning the project, and waste disposal options.

Are there any environmental considerations when it comes to total demolition?

When it comes to complete demolition work in Toronto, there are several environmental considerations that need to be factored into account. For example, any hazardous materials present must be removed and disposed of properly. Additionally, there should be as little dust and noise pollution as possible during the demolition process. Finally, all waste generated from the project needs to be properly disposed of, such as sorting for recycling or hazardous material disposal.
