Almar demolition was a great asset in my penthouse demolition. Their prices are well priced as it was a big project. The job was done 2 weeks earlier as we forcasted. I highly recommend this company

I hired Almar Demolition for a residential remodelling project and was nothing but impressed with their work. From my initial conversations with Xander regarding the scope of work, to the competitive pricing and flexibility in accommodating a sizeable project within their schedule, the entire experience was excellent.

Their team showed up on time, ready to work, and completed the project efficiently over the course of the week. They were professional, reliable, and treated the space with care throughout the demolition process.

I would not hesitate to use Almar Demolition again on my next project, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional demolition contractor.

I hired Almar Demolition for an interior demolition project, and I’m really happy with the experience. From the beginning, they were friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. The crew worked efficiently, treated my home with respect, and made sure everything was left very clean once the demolition was completed. It’s hard to find contractors who are both reliable and genuinely kind, so I really appreciated their service. I would definitely recommend Almar Demolition to anyone looking for quality demolition work!

I hired Almar Demolition to remove and dismantle an entire kitchen (cabinets and appliances) and transport it for installation at another location. This was a unique project that Almar did not hesitate to accommodate, even though it was not a traditional demo. They were responsive to my initial request and scheduled a phone call with me to discuss details. Within a day, they provided me with a quote and details of the job, and were able to schedule my job on a very short turnaround. The team showed up and worked exceptionally hard, over one very long day, to get the job done. They carefully handled all the cabinets and appliances to ensure they were not damaged. They also ensured that the dismantled kitchen was left clean swept. I was extremely impressed with the entire team at every stage, from the booking process, the kitchen removal, the transportation, and the final invoicing. I highly recommend them.

There was tough demo with unexpected surprises but the two gentlemen working there did a great job and managed to finish it all in one day. Very professional and hardworking.

I contracted Rodrigo's company to demolish walls, remove 2 pieces of old very heavy equipment & general clean of my property. Total square footage of the unit was 4,000 sf. The work was excellent, completed on-time & on budget as per the original estimate. The technicians were great to work with & very accommodating when asked to do specific tasks. I would highly recommend Almar Demolition.

I would highly recommend Almar for your demo project. They were excellent to deal with and efficient. I got a few other quotes and their price was fair and the contract was executed quickly. All my questions were answered and the work they did was amazing. The house is a semi on a downtown street, they used a trailer and were very clean. Highly recommend!

These guys turned up on time, did an excellent job of demolishing my condo, cleaned up after themselves and completely performed Contract. One of my best experiences with a contractor.
