In many cases, permits and environmental regulations come into play, especially with older systems that contain chemicals or asbestos-wrapped insulation. Total square footage of the unit was 4,000 sf. The work was excellent, completed on-time & on budget as per the original estimate. I got a few other quotes and  their price was fair and the contract was executed quickly. All my questions were answered and the work they did was amazing. The men I dealt with were dismissive of me and kept asking to talk to my husband 🙄 and were extremely difficult to communicate with. Right from the first interaction I was so impressed with the communication, creativity, willingness to problem solve and collaborate and not ONCE did anyone ask to deal with the mister! The crew was kind and courteous, looking out for my kids and my dogs, respectful of my neighbours and taking time to work with me every step of the way. These are the guys.
