Permits and paperwork here
A demolition permit for this address is issued by the City of Peterborough Building Division, or Peterborough County for properties outside the city under the Ontario Building Code Act, and for anything built before the 1990s a designated substance survey normally has to be attached to the application. Utilities are disconnected and capped by the providers, not cut on site. ALMAR does not apply for permits as part of the service, though we can assist for an additional fee. Confirm what your project needs with the building department before you book a date.
Where the debris goes
Every load leaves the property with us and goes to an approved facility, with wood, metal and concrete separated for recycling wherever the receiving site accepts them. You do not need to book a bin, arrange a depot slot or weigh a load. If you are only clearing a small amount yourself, our guide to Toronto drop-off depots has the current fees and hours.
Getting to you
Our crews and equipment are based in Toronto and work across the GTA and Southern Ontario, so travel to Peterborough is built into the quote rather than added later. Call (647) 575-5085 with the address and we will tell you what we can do and when, rather than a generic promise.
