We had a recent project to dismantle an interior space in Markham down to its frame, including the walls, floors, ceiling, and plaster. The staircase was left intact but fully exposed, with treads and stringers cleaned of all its finishes. Even the ceiling came out clean with no dangling wires or leftover fixtures. We left all the joists open so they were ready for new runs.

This floor to ceiling teardown was removed layer by layer: drywall, lath, hardwood, underlayment, insulation, and old electrical. We took it all out and left the structure bare of just concrete block walls, wood framing, and subfloor. This leaves a perfectly clean and usable space ready for electricians and builders to step in right away. If you need a build-ready space gutted completely, quickly and cleanly, give us a call!

Project Highlights:

  • Type: Full indoor floor to ceiling teardown
  • Staircase: Preserved structurally, stripped of all finishes
  • Ceiling & Electrical: Cleared completely
  • Materials Removed: Drywall, lath, hardwood, underlayment, insulation, embedded wiring
