We completed a full residential structure teardown on this home in Vaughan, removing every part of the property from top to bottom. Outside, we tore down the porches, decks, and all exterior woodwork, stripping away old tiles, railings, and weathered framing. Inside, every room was cleared completely. We removed the walls, cabinets, countertops, light fixtures and plumbing, and all flooring and tile surfaces were taken out. The bathrooms were gutted entirely, including vanities, sinks, showers, and toilets. We even handled smaller details like shelving, trim, and built-ins to leave the structure fully bare.

The full residential structure teardown process required careful planning and coordination to maintain safety and efficiency on-site, especially given the size and scale of this project. Our team worked room by room, managing debris as we went. Heavy machinery was used where needed for structural framing and outdoor elements, while smaller tools were used for interior finishes and fixtures. Every material was removed and sorted for disposal. From full interior gutting to exterior decking removal, this project demonstrates our experience with large-scale full house structure teardowns. If you need a property cleared completely, we can handle it from start to finish!
