A recent project in Oakville called for ALMAR Demolition’s signature use of precision and fast internal demo services. This 3,000-square-foot residential project was completed in just three days. The client needed a selective teardown—floors, built-ins, and walls removed—while keeping the space clean and the noise and overall disruption to a minimum.
In the main living room, our team removed the hardwood floors and dismantled custom-built shelving around the fireplace. Each piece was taken down carefully, keeping surrounding structures intact and leaving the area spotless. Moving to the dining room and bedrooms, we continued with the flooring removal, exposing subfloors and clearing the way for upcoming renovations. We handled every detail carefully to ensure no dust traveled into nearby spaces.
Downstairs, additional built-ins and baseboards were dismantled, with the same attention to cleanliness. We wrapped up outside by sweeping the driveway, leaving the property as clean as we found it—just with a refreshed look inside.
