We recently wrapped up a commercial building clear out project that pushed our team to adapt fast and work smart. Every space in this structure had a specific use. Some rooms came with plumbing, others were wrapped in tile or concrete, and all carried live electrical systems. We took down the main floor, cleared out a web of small utility rooms, and also removed the staircase. We removed the doors and kept them intact for reuse or recycling.
