Why a Small Job Still Gets a Plan
This Oakville job was one room, done in one day, and it still needed the same planning as a bigger strip-out. The walls and ceiling were coming out but the structure around them was staying, so the first task was confirming what was carrying load and what was not, and protecting the rest of the building from dust and traffic.
The crew worked in a tight space with hand tools, taking the finishes and non-structural framing down in a controlled order so the surrounding framework was left clean and undamaged for the builder. Every load went out along a protected route and the debris left the site with us for an approved facility.
The room was handed over the same day, exposed to the framework and construction-ready. For jobs like this in Halton, see our Oakville demolition page, or the interior demolition service for how we scope small-room work.
