What Made This Job Different
This one was about the clock. The owner of an old restaurant building in Newcastle wanted it cleared for repurposing and called us on short notice, so the plan had to be settled in a phone call and a quick site look rather than a normal lead time. We arrived on the morning of April 1st with the crew, the tools and the disposal already arranged.
Because it was a small commercial structure with clear access, the takedown could run in one continuous sequence: strip and stage what could be separated, bring the structure down in a controlled order, then load out as we went so the site never piled up. Wood, metal and mixed debris were kept apart for the receiving facility where it accepted them.
By the end of the day the structure was down and the lot was clean and construction-ready. The three clips above show the takedown in progress. Short-notice commercial teardowns like this are covered under our commercial demolition and emergency demolition services.
