In mid-October, ALMAR Demolition completed a property structures removal for the Town of Whitby. The property, which was actually bought by the town, required a full demolition and clean-up of several existing structures. Our team was tasked with removing three sheds and a house, which measured around 1,600 square feet. After the demolition, we left the site fully cleared and prepared for naturalization.

The demolition process began with the removal of three sheds, using heavy-duty tools and equipment for safe dismantling. We then moved on to the house, which required deconstruction of walls, roof, and flooring. Excavators with hydraulic attachments were used to efficiently bring down the structure in manageable sections. A large in-ground septic tank was also part of the project, which involved excavating the area around it with a backhoe, removing any remaining waste, and dismantling the tank in pieces. The surrounding plumbing and materials were also carefully removed and disposed of according to local regulations. Finally, we took down the foundation walls of the original house, using digging equipment to remove the concrete. Once the demolition was complete, our team cleared the site of debris using dump trucks and compactors, leaving the property fully prepared.

At ALMAR Demolition, we specialise in property structures demolition with full clean-up, providing professional services for both residential and municipal projects.
