We completed a full interior residential tear-down on a multi-level home, taking the space right down to its core so it was ready for the next phase. This wasn’t just a simple gut job. We worked through the main floor, second floor, and several smaller rooms, each built differently and used for different purposes. From the start, the goal was to cleanly demolish this home’s interior, clear everything cleanly while keeping key structural openings like doorways and windows intact.

This interior residential teardown involved removing the flooring, ceilings, walls, and doors while working around existing plumbing and electrical throughout the home. Each area brought a mix of materials, tile, drywall and hardwood, so the approach had to stay flexible from room to room. We moved through the space methodically, keeping things organized and controlled as we stripped it back. Reach out to ALMAR if you’re planning a full interior demo like this
