This multi-step industrial building demolition and clean-up project at Daley Doors in Scarborough required lots of dedicated labor and machinery. The tasks involved were to remove the debris on the site grounds and demolish the overhanging roof. The industrial site was cluttered with wood, plastic, and metal debris. The roof was made of drooping metal panels which were severely damaged, making it a safety concern.
As you can see from the before and after photos, this industrial site had an incredible amount of debris and a decaying overhanging roof. We approached this project by removing all surrounding debris and waste, both by hand and with an excavator, to create a safe and clean space. We then began preparing for the industrial building demolition. The overhanging roof had nearly completely fallen off and was unsafe and no longer useful. With the help of cranes and excavators, our team of professionals then successfully demolished the roof and discarded all waste materials. The industrial building demolition was completed and the site was primed and ready for its next purpose.
